Once upon a time there was a pirate known as The Great Gold Pirate named Woonan, since setting off to sea his dream was to obtain gold. Ha gathered a treasure worth almost as third of the world's gold. However he soon dissapeared, and a legend emerged that he has left a map that leads to an island where he has hidden his enormous golden treasure. As the legend spread and people heard rumors, the pirates set off to find that island. On board of the Going Merry, Luffy and his crew were sailing across the sea to reach that island as well. In the mean time they got robbed of their treasure. In an endeavor to get it back, they meet a young boy named Tabio who set off on his own trying to find The great golden pirate Woonan. Meanwhile A pirate named El Drago was at the same time in search for Woonan's treasure. His love for gold made him do whatever he could despite the means to obtain it. He soon meets the Straw Hats, and the battle over the legendary mountain of Gold starts.
